Celebrities like Beyonce Knowles and Robin Quivers have recently lost a lot of weight using the Master Cleanse and made it even more popular. However, the program is also quite challenging to complete. The original instructions and recipe calls for complete abstinence from food. 2. The Natural Cleanse Diet

During the program you simply eliminate foods that slow down digestion while continuing to eat health promoting cleansing foods. The Natural Cleanse diet is most effective when completed for about 30 days, as it tends to work slower than the Master Cleanse. That doesn’t mean it’s less effective, though.
